We’ll head to the Hôtel Biron, where Rodin rented a few rooms first, turning it into a workshop and meeting place in Paris. After a couple years, the Hotel Biron was threatened to be distroyed but he manage to become the owner. A year before he died, by three donations made in 1916 and accepted by the law of 22 December 1916, Auguste Rodin donated all his works to the French State, together with the artistic property rights attaching to them, under one conditions, to create a Musée Rodin in the Hotel Biron. And that’s why we’re here today !

After the visit of the museum, we’ll stroll throught the garden that contains many of his famous sculptures like The Thinker, and The Gates of Hell, in an natural setting.
