After presenting the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais
, we will stroll through the gardens of the Champs Élysées and then stop in front of the magnificent façade of the Champs Elysées’ oldest hotel: the Marquise de la Païva’s
, whose incredible history we will tell you.
Strolling along the cafés, the Fouquet’s, the famous cabaret Lido and luxury boutiques
, we will walk up the Champs Élysées until we reach the foot of its iconic monument: the Arc de Triomphe
. We will talk about the history of the monument, and we will relate the great historical events that took place there, such as the funeral of Victor Hugo in 1885.
We will then climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe to admire the magnificent view.
